Shipping
Orders purchased before 2:00pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day. Orders purchased after this time will be sent the following working day. Next day delivery is Monday to Friday and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
UK Delivery
All UK orders receive FREE Postage & Packaging, unless stated otherwise. Orders that are over 2kg in weight may be split into separate packages due to postage weight limits. Larger orders or items may be dispatched via courier where deemed necessary at no extra cost, unless stated otherwise.
Orders can be upgraded to next day delivery (Mon-Fri). Please select this at checkout if required.
All orders received by 14:00 (Mon-Fri) will be dispatch same day. Orders received after will be dispatched the following working day (Mon-Fri).
Some items may be too large to fit through your letter box and in most cases are held at your local Royal Mail delivery office or with a neighbour if no one is available to receive the package.

European Delivery
EU delivery carries a fixed £2.99 standard delivery charge. Countries outside of the EU carries a £3.99 charge.

Please be aware international shipments can be subject to open and inspection by custom authorities.
UK Delivery Times
Royal Mail 48: Delivery is estimated within 2-3 working days although please allow up to 7 days for delivery due to any delays with the post.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Delivery is estimated within 1-2 working days although in most cases delivery is next day.
DPD Next Day: Delivery is next day (Mon-Fri).
European Delivery Times:
Royal Mail Airmail: For most countries in Europe, delivery is within 5-7 days however please be advised that it can take up to 14 days if there are any delivery is custom delays.
Royal Mail Airmail Tracked: For most countries in Europe, delivery is within 3-5 days however please be advised that it can take up to 14 days if there are any delivery is custom delays.
Returns Policy
Go Inks (goinks.co.uk) offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy for any products purchased from us. If you have purchased the wrong product or simply change your mind, then we would be happy to offer you a full refund on you order if returned to us within 30 days. Please make sure you include your original invoice within the package so we can locate your order once received. Failure to do so may lead to delays with processing the return. Returns are normally processed within 24 hours of receiving but please allow up to 5 days for it to show back onto your original payment method.
If you do not have the original invoice, please make sure you include your order number and contact details.
Returning damaged/faulty products
In the unfortunate event that you order is received damaged, you are not happy with the product or it does not work as intended, we must be contacted within 48 hours. Please make sure your returns are suitably packaged to help prevent damage and leakage.
Right of exchange and return

You should also note that returned goods must be in a condition corresponding to that of normal handling. We reserve the right to demand compensation for lost value if the goods are in a poorer condition on account of further use. You should also pay attention to the returns policy in section 2 below. We may be unable to offer a direct exchange, please contact us so we can advise if necessary.
Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke your contractual declaration within fourteen days in text form without giving any reasons. The deadline shall commence on receipt of these instructions in text form, however not prior to receipt of the goods by the recipient and also not prior to fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 together with § 1 Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB), as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312g Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 BGB in combination with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB and § 312g Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 BGB. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of an express declaration (for example by post, registered letter, fax or email). The declaration of revocation can also take place by means of return of the goods without an additional notice within the named revocation deadline.

The revocation can also take place by means of a simple informal declaration addressed to us.
In respect of compliance with the revocation deadline, it will suffice if you forward the notice of the right of revocation or the goods to us before the expiry of the revocation deadline.
Consequences of revocation
Should you revoke this contract, we will immediately return all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs which may be due to you having chosen a different type of delivery than the low cost standard delivery offered by us) and at the latest within 14 days of the date on which the notice of your revocation of this contract or the returned goods were received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original payment transaction, unless another payment method has been expressly agreed with you. On no account will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We shall be entitled to withhold payment of the refund until we have taken return receipt of the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the items. The respective earlier time shall be decisive in this respect.

The deadline will have been complied with if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the 14 day deadline. You will only be responsible for any reduction in value of the goods if this reduction in value results from handling by you which is not necessary to ascertain the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
